The double leg stretch will really work out your abs. If you have a weak core or poor form then you are really going to notice with this Pilates exercise. Be sure to protect your neck at all times.

You will be extending away from and returning to the centre using your abs. Try to keep your legs together as you perform the double leg stretch.

You can modify this exercise by raising or lowering your arms and legs. The lower your legs are to the floor the harder the exercise will become.
