Basic Core Pilates Routine
Excellent routine for a beginner to advanced workout. Strengthen the core and improve overall strength and flexibility with these great basic Pilates exercises. Follow her through the straight leg stretch, the single leg stretch, the double leg stretch, lower leg lifts and finally the crossover.

Lorie has such a nice attitude and incredible grace. I enjoy this routine, I’m fairly hard but not too hard.
her movements are so smooth, whenever i do ab exercises im spazzing out on the floor, especially when i get tired.

these are really good and they actually work!
She doesn’t seem to be focusing on breathing, which is one of the main focuses of Pilates. It’s what helps strengthen your abs and pace your movements.

two things: stretch your hamstrings and work your abs. those are two large muscle groups are the main things pulling on your lower back muscles and posture out of place; tight hamstrings and weak abs always equal lower back pain. so do something like three different hamstring stretches daily and some sets of a couple different types of crunches, maybe some planks, and in a week you should feel a difference. good luck.
i love doing pilates
as a stott trainer I miss the deep knowledge op placement of neck, scapula, pelvis and most importantly breating.
This is just the showing of exercing and not the explaining of it.
